CNWL

CNWL is one of the largest Foundation Trust's in the country, with over 5,000 staff working across more than 150 sites in the capital. We became a Foundation Trust in May 2007 and we continue to expand and develop our range of services and geographical area.

CNWL is a specialist in high quality mental health, addictions, learning disabilities and social care. The population we serve is one of the most diverse in the world: every person is different. The catchment area spans diverse communities, with over 100 first languages spoken. It contains areas of great affluence as well as sections with much deprivation.

We provide healthcare services for people of all ages across 13 boroughs. This includes areas of central London, such as Westminster, Camden and Kensington & Chelsea, through to areas of west and north west London such as Ealing, Brent and Hillingdon. We provide a comprehensive range of short term and long term care for people living in these areas and support for their carers and family members.

CNWL is a specialist in mental health and addictions services, as well as eating disorders, learning disabilities, offender care and physical community health care.

CNWL is part of the NHS and provides excellent community services in nine boroughs in Greater London.  CNWL is a large Trust with an excellent reputation, this change is part of the changes that are happening to all community NHS services across the country.  Foundation Trusts are still part of the NHS; they have to meet the same quality standards.  It is an excellent NHS Foundation Trust and is well Established.

PALS is still available locally for feedback on any Hillingdon Community Health Services if you have any concerns about the care you are receiving.
